What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy explains how CrossPost collects, uses, stores, and deletes information when you use the CrossPost app and website.
Information we process
- Account and profile information returned by connected platforms.
- OAuth authorization tokens needed to publish on your behalf.
- Video files and metadata you upload for cross-posting.
- Operational logs required for reliability, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
How we use information
- Authenticate your connected TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram accounts.
- Upload and publish videos you explicitly request to post.
- Monitor job status, failures, and retries.
- Maintain platform integrity and enforce applicable limits.
Media retention and deletion
Uploaded video files are stored temporarily for publishing workflows and are deleted after successful publishing or after a short retention window if publishing does not complete.
Token security
OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest, restricted to service use, and only used for actions you authorize. Access to token material is limited to systems required to perform publishing operations.
Sharing and disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers required to operate CrossPost or when required by law.
Your choices
You can disconnect provider accounts in-app, stop new uploads at any time, and request account-related help by contacting support.
